New: buy your sunbed courses online and spread the cost with Klarna

How often should I tan?

Spacing your sessions properly gives you a better, longer-lasting tan. Here's how often to visit.

Your skin needs time between sessions for your colour to develop and your skin to recover.

Leave at least 48 hours

Always leave at least 48 hours between sunbed sessions, and never use a sunbed more than once in 24 hours.

Building a tan

While building your colour, a few spaced-out sessions a week is plenty. Once you're happy with your colour, fewer sessions are needed to keep it topped up.

Listen to your skin

If your skin feels tight, itchy or pink, take a break. More sessions doesn't mean a better tan.

Our team can help you plan your sessions - and a tanning course usually works out cheaper per minute.
